PPE Packing Pouches

Fold the full kit the way you will pack it, measure it, and add a few centimetres on each side plus room for the seal. Our common pouch for a full PPE kit is 14 x 20 inch, and we make other sizes for single items like gowns, masks or gloves. Send us the folded size and we will confirm.

Our standard PPE pouch is 52 micron LDPE, which suits a folded kit of gown, cap, mask and gloves. A heavier kit, or one shipped loose in large cartons, can go thicker so the pouch does not tear at the corners. Tell us the kit weight and how it travels.

No. An LDPE packing pouch keeps the kit clean and protects it from dust and moisture until use, but it is not a sterile barrier. If your PPE is sterilised after packing, you need medical sterile packaging tested for that purpose, usually against ISO 11607. Please tell us at enquiry how your kit is processed.

Heat sealing suits single-use kits, because a sealed pouch shows clearly if it has been opened. Most kit packers seal the open mouth on a simple band or impulse sealer. If your kit needs to be opened and closed again, tell us at enquiry so we can discuss a reclosable option.

Yes. We print your brand, the list of items, size and donning steps on the pouch in your colours. Batch number and expiry change with each lot, so most brands print those at the time of packing with a stamp or label. Send your artwork through our contact page.
