It's an Alternative to Air Pillows, Bubble Wrap and Foam
Many shippers use fanfold paper in place of air pillows, bubble wrap or foam, so the whole pack is paper. The folds give a firm cushion that takes knocks in transit.
Kraft paper is made from wood fibre, a renewable material. It is 100% biodegradable and compostable, and it can be recycled with the carton where paper is collected.
